Admitted to Freedom after 7 years service 15/2/1781. Jury service 9/4/1785. Deputy foreman of the Free Fishers 14/2/1787.
Had ya** "Sprightly" built Whitstable 1787, 13 tons 28.0' x 11.3' x4.8'. Master, James Reeves
Appointed Foreman of W.O.F. at Ł6 pa 26/7/1790. Part purchaser of Oyster Royalty for Ł1530 3/12/1791
Appointrd Book-Keeper of W.O.F. at Ł4 pa 18/7/1792
Enclosed 30 perches of the Lord's Waste 1794 for which he paid the W.O.F. 20/- pa
Deputy Constable for upper Half-Hundred of Whitstable 1/11/1796, Constable 3/11/1803
Had ya** "Delight" built at Strood 1800. 31 tons 44.2' x 14.3' x 6.1'. Steward of W.O.F. 1805
Lived 45? Harbour St, bought 29/6/87 for Ł100 from Daniel Halliday of Chilan
In his Will 30/3/1808, left all to his wife, then his children. She died first. Administered by James Reeves 10/3/1837
Reeves Beach named after him.
